Moss has taken over my Lawn- Help!!

With so much rain falling over the last 3 months, we all feel like building an Ark to float away! Most of us gardeners can be heard saying "Well at least it's good for the garden". But is it??

With so much rain falling, your lawn will be totally saturated and if you have thatch and/or clay soil present, that standing water has nowhere to go. This provides the perfect environment for moss to spread across your lawn in a very unsighly, flourescent light green. 

So what can we do to help! Well, initially its best to treat the lawn with a Liquid Iron. The iron dries out the moss and turns it black in a matter of minutes. This ensures it contracts to make raking it out far easier. For lawns with a plethora of moss, the best way to rake this, is with a scarifier.
